sophomore rushing spring semester

Basically, I'm a sophomore dude interested in Greek life and am probably rushing spring semester. I know absolutely nothing about any of the houses here though. Are there any frats that are seen as either super douchey or super socially awkward that I should look to avoid?

Honestly just try to attend as many rush events as possible. You'll know when you find your house. Check out the top houses (phi psi, kappa sig, sig chi) but also check out the mid tier/ up and coming (delt, tke, beta, chi phi)

look at sae/pike if you're interested in the lower mid houses.

In my opinion its all about your own fit. Don't avoid any particular group because of other peoples' opinions, just try and get your own feel for fraternities where you fit in the best.

If youre afraid of being douchey avoid top tier completely I would say. Some houses to check out would be Delt, SAE, ATO, PIKE, FIJI, Sig Ep

Delt is much better than the other houses you stated. Delt is substantially more upper mid / top than sae, ato, fiji lmao.
