do top houses like theta take sophmores?
by: transferI'm transferring to osu this spring and I'm going to rush. How much of a disadvantage does being a sophomore transfer student put me at?

Since we don't know what you bring to the table, no chapter can tell you if Theta will take you. They do take sophomores, and I believe they took one really great Junior Last year.
Sophomore status will put you as "some" disadvantage at all top and mid tier houses. Every one of the top 8 chapters will take sophomores but they are more selective than they are with freshmen and they don't take too many since it causes one class to be larger than another class.

Top and Mid tier typically don't take Juniors. There may be an anomoly here and there, but you probably need connections in the house to make them want you that badly.

do sororities tend to accept juniors?? i have a lot to offer (lot of volunteer hours [300+], good grades, lots of clubs).. is there a high chance that i will be accepted? thanks :)
