when a problem roommate affects rushing

My roommate is in a certain sorority that I really want to be in, but her and i do not get along at all. Shes very mean and im not really sure how she got into the sorority in the first place. I really want to be in that sorority, but i feel like she's going to put in a bad word and make stuff up about me to make sure i dont get in. What do i do
