Will ZTA end up being like gphi where it's bottom tier in the beginning because it's new? Or is it possible for a new sorority to start as middle or something?

My opinion? They'll struggle for the first year, new chapters generally do. But that's a combination of a lot of things- getting the hang of campus norms, starting to build relationships with the Greek community etc. Theyll probably have the stigma of "recruitment rejects" like Gphi did (they aren't even bad, very genuine women, plus their pancakes were good) but honestly over 1,000 girls go through recruitment and better PNMs come through every year. ZTA will find their place on campus!

nationally they're ranked pretty high, every other school i've visited they've been top tier. Nationals help them out a lot so it wouldn't surprise me if they ended up being mid/top in 1-2 years.

Zeta definitely isn't top tier on any Ohio campuses. Their largest chapter in Ohio is Miami and they are mid tier.
