My opinion? They'll struggle for the first year, new chapters generally do. But that's a combination of a lot of things- getting the hang of campus norms, starting to build relationships with the Greek community etc. Theyll probably have the stigma of "recruitment rejects" like Gphi did (they aren't even bad, very genuine women, plus their pancakes were good) but honestly over 1,000 girls go through recruitment and better PNMs come through every year. ZTA will find their place on campus!

Zeta definitely isn't top tier on any Ohio campuses. Their largest chapter in Ohio is Miami and they are mid tier.
