do we really need a new sorority?

No hate for ZTA but shouldn't we work on improving some of the chapters here before adding another new chapter? I understand that with Kappa gone and more girls rushing there is a strain on the system. But Aopi, DZ, AXO, Aephi, and Axid are kind of struggling already and Gamma Phi is trying to find its footing.

If you didn't constantly bring down said chapters for being "bottom" tier girls wouldn't feel the societal pressure/need to drop them. Just a thought! (Also the amount of girls rushing warrants a new sorority along with OSU's initiative to expand Greek life)

Honestly the only chapter really struggling with membership numbers during recruitment is Aopi. However, each chapter offers something unique to the Greek community and just because you might not think they're great doest mean the girls in those chapters don't.

Adding ZTA to our campus gives us the ability to grow the overall Greek community in size, and given their national strength, I doubt they will struggle.

Honestly, Chapters are too large and have no space to hold dinners or chapter meetings within their houses. We need another chapter as long as 1100 girls go through recruitment.
Some chapters are holding two shifts for chapter dinner. Most chapters are holding chapter meetings in classrooms.
