what is gamma phi like here?
by: OsuI know they are new but it's been almost a year. What are the girls like?

Very random mix of girls that whose level of attractiveness vary greatly. Seem to have a very cohesive sisterhood for being so new, pretty involved on campus as well. Socially don't do events with "good" fraternities but that is partially because of being new and having nationals babysit them for the first year.

That's a new chapter thing though. All new chapters have to make sure they can fill their pledge class so PHA required they not cut anyone until the last round.

They come across as this great chapter, tons of girls, great sisterhood, etc., but they have a ton of internal drama and have a retention problem. Their pledge classes have been huge because they have to take everyone and can't cut girls during recruitment but once ZTA is on campus who knows what will happen they could totally fall off the radar. They are only in their 2nd full year it is to soon to tell, they still rely on their HQ for a lot of help

They won't move to mid tier anytime soon since they aren't even at the top of the bottom tier.
