My opinion of Gamma Phi is mixed. They did a great job remodeling the first floor and it looks fantastic. But, the sleeping floors are not so great. The bed rooms are small, the desks are tiny, some rooms have no closets and many of the rooms have their dressers outside in the hallway. Wouldn't want to live in the house if I had to.

All of the houses I thought had something unique to them.
The only ones I didn't like as much as others were AEPhi, XO, AXD and AXO.
KD, DZ and AGD are both stunning on the outside, their insides are great too, just smaller.
Alpha Phi seemed plain on the outside, but the inside was much bigger/nicer than expected.
Theta is a castle outside and in.
I liked the more traditional large mansion feel of DG, DDD, Pi Phi (and Kappa for what it's worth).
AOpi I had mixed feelings about. It looks so much like a barn. However, the inside is unique with the lofts and it felt pretty spacious.

Alpha chi omega has a beautiful house. I definitley would not put it in the "worst" category.
