The old Sammy House will be split in half and renovated before opening back up next fall. The smaller half will be the new sammy chapter house when they are back on campus in 2016 and the bigger half will be an sae annex. It's good to be back.

They're splitting it in half by just putting a wall between the two sides tho and eventfully SAY will be getting the whole house back. So whoever ends up getting that other half will be in a strictly short term situation only

actually ADPi or Phi Mu (whoever comes to campus next year) will be taking one side of the house, then the school is taking over the other side of the house.

Firstly, Phi Mu isn't even in the running. Both ADPi and Zeta own houses here so it's more than likely going to another fraternity.

ADPi no longer owns their house. Sold it to FIJI about 10 years ago.
