Theta is top tier though, especially with kappa gone, they fill a niche and guys like them.

everything looks good except move chi O with tri delt and AGD. even though alpha phi and KD have been falling recently, they're still better than chi o

Throw Aephi in low, ZTA should automatically start at bottom but honestly with their national strength I can see them coming up quickly

all jokes aside, yeah. if we had to party with anyone, Pi phi, DG, Theta, and KD would be the 4 i'd choose too. Theyre fun, and actually turn up without being stuck up.
