you will know th first time you go to a house if it is not for you so eliminate a bunch on day one but stick with 3-4 you like and keep going back there, you don't have to stay the whole event. also tell one of the guys rushing you that you're going to check out another house sothey know you're not leaving. they won't be offended, if they want you that just means they will rush you that much harder.

3 max

The best way to do it is split time at events on the same day. Get the rush schedules of the frats you are interested and plan your rush week by what events you want attend. pay close attention to events that seem cool and are on/off campus. If you go to an off campus rush event it will be difficult for you to hit more than one event in a day

House tours are events you definitely want to attend 1) because you obviously want to the see the house you could possibly end up living in 2) by default the most brothers should be at the house tours by default because they live in the house and many that don't hang out at the houses.

Rush is an opportunity for you to go and get to know the chapters and make a decision about where you think will be a good fit for you, not just going to the frat that seems the coolest.

As long as you go to more than one you'll be okay. Also do not ask fraternities about others. They will definitely be biased.
