Omg yes this is soooo true! The only reason kappa sig pairs with middle tier sororitys is because they couldn't fit all the top tiers in their schedule. We all wanted kappa sig way more than phi psi and tke. Kappa sig totally got more than a total of 2 votes out of a chapter of 140 girls.
