Can someone please explain to me how Theta is considered top tier?

There is a group of maybe 15 girls that are fun and go out a lot. The rest are a little weird, study a lot, or are into the whole boho vibe thing.

Honestly I think it's how pretty their house is. Stick the same girls in an average looking house and they wouldn't do any better than a mid tier sorority during recruitment

All top and mid tier chapters at OSU are great sororities. Going out a lot is not a measure of top tier.

Then what is the measure of top tier??

Because if a "top tier" sorority was one that was extremely well rounded and excelled in all things, grades, philanthropy, sisterhood, social life, then Pi phi and dg would not be considered the top houses..
