Everyone sees pike as a solid mid tier chapter along with Delt and SAE. All 3 of them really control the middle tier and don't have the best of anything on campus but they are all very well rounded. They all have great brotherhoods. Delt is seen as more studious where SAE and pike are seen as being more social. If you are going to check one out you should visit all 3 and see where you fit in best.

You don't here much about Pike on campus, but they usually mix with mid or top sororities and have a lot of guys

Personally my favorite mid tier fraternity. Good guys, and even better parties.

In highschool:
The Delts were the smart guys that didn't drink but were nice and cute.
The Pikes are the cool guy's quieter friend that's more laid back, but definitely are somewhat like a sidekick.
The SAEs were the choir/theatre guys who do kind of weird stuff but are funny.

The chapters involvements with sororities match this too. The Delts hangout with popular (top tier) girls some when they want to do phil. events, The Pikes have TGs with them when they want to make friends, and The SAEs are good partners for Homecoming/Greek Week/Sober events.
