tranfer: already in a frat

Be kind to me please. I have a question. I'm already a brother of a Beta house in an out of state institution that has a large Greek system. I had to transfer to OSU for financial reasons, which isn't a huge deal to me.
Here's where the question is: how is Beta here? I know they're a colony and just got allowed back, and I know that can attract goobers because then they just pledge for numbers an not quality people. So, I want a 100% honest pro and con about them, who they party with, all the fixings.
This week I'll talk to them, but I want to see what the feeling is around campus.

While they had to shut down for a couple of years and reorganize, I think they will bounce back. Beta overall has a good name at tOSU and strong alumni backing. They have invested a ton money in the house and the guys get a lot of support.
Hoping they do well in the future. They current guys that I have met seem pretty decent.

we were paired with them for greek week last year and some of them were incredibly rude to my sisters and me not to mention the rest of our pairing. many of them acted like they were better than everyone else. they had one pregame that week and refused to serve to anyone under 21 and had no liquor. my sisters and I had much better experiences with the other main fraternity we were paired with, chi phi. overall not impressed with beta. still have a lot of work to do. however they do have a lot of alumni support and their house is in a great location.

I know multiple guys in Beta who were dropped from TKE, Delt, and Pike because the actives didn't want to initiate them because they were so annoying. I've never spoke to them on my own, but sat near a group while studying in the library, and while TKE blanket bids, there's a reason even Delt and Pike didn't want these guys after they bid them.
If your old chapter was middle tier or lower, you'll probably be alright and should help them get better and they'll be okay when you're a senior. If you were top tier, honestly I wouldn't waste my time.
