Does anyone know when rush events start for frats?

It starts on Sunday at the Activety Fair and goes on for the next 2 weeks.

Sunday august 23rd at the oval, rush is the first week of school sometimes extending to the 2nd depending on the fraternity

The chapter pages on ifcohiostate.com. The desperate fraternities will do more than one week, the ones that know they'll do well or don't need a large class will do one week.

which pretty much means if you rush you're probably going to get stuck with a frat that doesn't have a good social calendar unless you're exceptional. Sorry, luck of the draw.

Not always like that. Sometimes the good fraternities have a bunch of guys graduating in the fall or a ton earlier. But you do need to make a strong impression if you want a bid for the fall.
