how is theta "top tier"?
by: sororityI'm going to be a sophomore rushing this spring and was wondering how Theta is considered top tier. Don't get me wrong, they have a beautiful house with very njce, well rounded girls but they don't seem to have what generally makes a sorority a "top house"- that being incredibly social, really good looking girls. I'm not trying to insult top houses saying they only care about looks and partying but I do believe those are two strong components. Sure theta has a handful of really pretty girls and hard partiers but the rest seem to just be a somewhat average bunch who go out occasionally. So what makes them a top house? Is it because they fit a niche, or what?

Maybe it's because that's not what everyone is focused on? Maybe their just nice girls who get along with everyone. Most of these top-tier houses aren't filled with "good looking party girls". They all have them, with some having more than others. This isn't the South or Miami U where a significant amount of people are involved in greek life.
