tiers

The thing people have to get straight is there is no concrete ranking, because within the tiers everyone has their own personal opinions and rankings. However, with that being said it is clear who is and isn't in what tier.

Phi Psi//Sig Chi

TKE//Kappa Sig

Delt//Pike//SAE//Phi Delt
--------
Past that I'm unsure because I have never hung out with fraternities below that, and I'm not going to rank them based on someone else's opinion.

Do you think a solid line would have conveyed the separation between tiers more accurately than a dashed line?

This is totally spot on, but phi psi is clearly on their own level and nobody can say otherwise.

I agree with you Phi psi needs to be one ahead, but the gap is closing. Girls now explore options instead of automatically being like "lets go to phi psi". As long as other fraternities don't get in trouble there will be potential for multiple "top houses", but if history repeats it self that wont be the case
