i've seen a handful of dimes and a handful of oddballs in there, probably has something to do with getting stuck with unwanted legacies which unfortunately for dg is all up to luck

Trust me, Kappa had many of the unwanted legacies. Particularly those whose mothers were very involved in their House Association. Some of those legacies who went Kappa were cut by DG, PiPhi, Alpha Phi and Theta.
