rushing?

im gonna be a sophomore and really want to rush, either formal or informal. I know it will be harder to get a good bid this year, so what should i try and do to help myself as much as possible? is there anything specific i should talk about or not talk about? i have a decent gpa and all that, I'm just nervous and looking for any kind of help!

Know people in the houses, which you already should as a sophomore.
Be upbeat, even if you're tired, shy, and/or don't like a particular house.
