Top Tier is looking good right now with four chapters. Each one has their own thing that makes them stand out:
APhi/ DG - hot party girls who go out all the time
PiPhi - hot blondes and good dancers
Theta - top for grades with a few ragers (graduating)
If a mid tier sorority joins the top tier, they need to have a thing.
KD has the top tier rejects/wannabes. Chi Os are the smart bring-home-to-mom types. Tri delts are into philanthropy. AGDs are total bros/chill af
Who's it gonna be?

One single chapter isn't going to automatically rise to the top. The girls that the top tiers can't accommodate will diffuse throughout the rest of the middle tiers. If a middle tier can recruit very well and better than the rest of the middle tiers one or two years in a row they will become the next top. It's probably going to be KD or ChiO of it does happen, but I predict it'll be pretty stagnant for another 2-3 years before another chapter steps up
