On the rise:
Phi Psi- still the best fraternity on campus, no matter what people say
Sig Chi- always top, but only getting better. Hopefully top Kappa Sig this fall
Delt- solid spring class, very typical of Delt
SAE- seem to consistently improve, great group guys
Phi Delt- surprisingly really good spring class (much needed after their last few classes)
Falling:
TKE- well liked by Pi Phi but need to recruit better. Last few classes are terrible
Kappa Sig- large spring class but not great quality, quite overrated
ATO- lost their house and only getting worse
PIKE- falling back into their low role after this year

LOL i think its hilarious how you could think kappa sig and tke are falling and Delt is rising, their new class sucks so badly. While tke may not have had a very great pledge class they will pick it back up they are always top,

Sig chi is doing fine, outrecruited delt and tke, blocked with DG, and has socials with top tier sororities

sig chi will always stay at the same mediocre level as long as they keep recruiting the same high school losers

Lol, wtf is this? The big three are phi psi, tke, and sig chi. The block partner says it all sig chi's dg vs kappa sig's kd. Also why even include Fiji? They're irrelevant and pike basically is too.

Kappa sig is definitely rising, phi delt is too disorganized to ever make serious improvements and are pretty much in the same spot as last year. I think delt has plateaued, they are a solid chapter but they don't have really anything to offer that's better than the chapters above them. I could see AEII getting better as the underground Sammy chapter slowly dies.
