Being in a top sorority I can say that although phi psi might be falling they are still the best fraternity socially. Kappa sig on the other hand is rising fast as well as delt and pike.

a lot of the so called "top tier" like phi psi and kappa sig fell short with their pledge classes. The new guys in groups like SAE and delt aren't as douchey and honestly more fun.

100% a tke, threw in sae in there to make it sound less obvious, just admit to the fact that your older guys are the only reason you're relevant, when they leave all the girls will flock to delt, sig chi, kappa sig, phi psi,
