you are definitely only hurting the pledges with all of these terrible comments! some houses on campus could take notes from theta. they are very well balanced, and balance is what it takes to be a top house! why do you think dg and pi phi has so much internal drama? it's because they have too many divas and wayyyyyy too much ego for one house and the end result is drama and cliques! at least, from what i can see, all the thetas get along and love eachother! MUCH RESPECT! <3

Honestly, I don't understand why theta is getting crap because they have a mortgage? Are you kidding me? Of all the crazy things to rate a house down for! What does that have to do with the kind of girls/sisterhood they have? They are a strong house with great girls, and are respected. I say that as a member of another strong house.

and you are in on theta finances how? Oh your not in housecorpation meetings and your not an alum on their advisory board ,so you want to knock theta for taking more girls than your house and most on this board agree that theta is a very good group- so what is your real problem?

Once again, money, so what if they have a mortgage? Don't most if not all of the sororities have one? Recruitment rules changed this year, if they decided to add more girls in the Fall, and they are happy with them, what is your problem? I could see it being an issue if they were a smaller sorority with a big house, but they are not, and really, it is none of anyone's business. Could it be that YOU were not offered a bid from them?

Touched a nerve with the Theta self-rankers, I see!!! It could be that some people on your board drink a little too much and talk a little too much when they drink. And maybe they're worried about the $$$...And yes, anyone can be in on your finances when some drunk idiot starts to blab....And, actually, I cut Theta when they dirty rushed me - and one of their ALUMS call me to offer a bid if I dropped out! oooops!

ummm so you have drinks with board members and you write on greek rank? you sound like an old woman.
btw, theta has no money problems and they definitely do not dirty rush. theta was the only house that didn't rush me....maybe 30 years ago when you rushed?

Sorry, Thetas, maybe you don't know all your alums do....like getting you in debt, which you are. Do you disclose this to your prospective new members? After telling everyone about your stupid sprinklers, don't be surprised when they ask questions...

Do you know how to use punctuation? Don't rip on other people's typos when you have a few grammar issues of your own! (PS - a period goes at the end of a sentence.)

Don't you ever get tired of harping on this? It's very sad that this is so very important to you.
