I also know some girls in it and am not shocked at all by her story. @Roses- I really am disappointed that you would discount a girl's story like that. If you are as proud of your chapter as you say you are, instead of dismissing this girl's comment- you should be taking steps to figure out how and why this bullying happened and how to prevent it. If this is how complaints are handled in your chapter- I wouldn't be surprised if more women felt the same way as "Adios" about your chapter- but are just too afraid of their concerns being dismissed (as you did here). Maybe conflict resolution is something that this chapter needs to work on?
