Im not a Kappa, I just can actually read and know whats going on. If you read the article they got a cease and desist letter, which bars them from having any chapter or social events. That's not being suspended. Sammy is suspended. Kappa is under investigation. Big Difference.

In another article where the had a baby get hit by a car after leaving big/lil reveal night drunk, Osu and nationals put them on PROBATION! Plus, once Osu and nationals did the investigation and found out that the allegations are true, they would have been put on probation. The same thing happened 2yrs ago for hazing. First cease and desist. But because so much so soon, they are under a temp suspension until further investigation. Ie if the girl left big/lil night from the house drunk, there must be alcohol which nationals could not do anything to stop that because they'd lose their insurance. If they lose their insurance, they lose their house. And no nationals/osu will want to keep them on by of that. But that's if she drank there. But she probably did.
