top tier house are rumored to have informal?

Think about it.. Top tier houses like alpha phi that have already lost 9 pledges, compared to lower tiers that have maybe lost 2-3? I've heard there's a small number of girls in top tier houses that are thinking about dropping and re-rushing because they don't like where they ended up/chose. But all the rumors and guessing won't matter until Pha sets total in the fall
