only top tiers?

Now that Kappa's in trouble it made me question, is it only the top houses that have the problems? Do houses like axo, dz, gamma phi, fuzzie etc. ever have issues?
Or is it the top tiers recruiting problem girls?

The top tiers are typically made up of girls who are used to getting away with things. They have always had everything handed to them and never got in trouble for wrong doing.
Hopefully, someone will throw down the hammer of this chapter. It's getting a little old to hear their nationals not taking hazing seriously.

no, it's more like we like seeing mean people who never follow the rules finally get what they deserve. i'm in a middle house an i LOVE where i am. i hate to see anyone mistreated no matter where they are. my house sure doesn't do any of that. there's no reason anyone should be treating their nms or sisters poorly.

A handful of people can poison an entire chapter. Everyone knows that. Kappa is getting everything they deserve because they chose to ignore these poisonous attitudes and behaviors. Good riddence!

Look, let's be honest here. The culture of kkg for years and years has been to haze, regardless of rules. We all know it. They were able to get away with it for years, and with impunity, IMO. It was an open secret. It would have continued had the girl not been hit by the car. That being said, I just don't see them getting kicked off campus. SoPro until the year 2065 or the end of the world. whichever comes first? Perhaps. Nationals review? A Come to Jesus meeting with Nationals/Nationals having a heavy hand in chapter operations/recruitment like DG had a few years ago? Perhaps. I don't think anyone knows at this point. But we still like to speculate.
I do feel sorry for the girls in kkg who are not involved with this stuff, though. Not all of them live up to the negative image.

lovin the drama you love to see those better than you fail. You/ "like" are nothing but a gossip bottom feeder who kappa prob cut you (all the top tier prob did) and you still are bitter so unless you were there and know all the facts shut up and get a life.
