I'd put AOPi above AEPhi. Pandas have a few gems, haven't seen anything but below average from phi.

Agree, or they're at least they should be on the same level. Every house thinks they're "on the rise." AEPhi had some rude rgs this year too, so I'm not buying this as an unbiased source.
