I know thetas are smart and pretty, but they are soooo not social. Haven't had one social event yet. they shouldn't be that high up

they are hot, smart, and fun. top tier in anyone's eyes.

tiers are not strictly based on social, you know.

Maybe they have more fun going to bars, clubs, etc instead?

Pretty sure it's because they're on social probation..... I don't remember what they did but I'm almost certain they're in trouble right now.
