I guess the only fraternities that are relevant are Delts, Sigma Chi, FIJI and AEPi. Granted, those are some of the few ones that have well-rounded individuals, but regarldess, most frats are not on 15th

they were at cap but a few girls are graduating after winter quarter and a couple pledges couldn't join for money reasons
