They aren't bad, they're definitely not top tier, but I wouldn't say bottom. They're very middle of the road. Some are highly attractive, but some are scary looking.

theta and DG are still miles ahead of Kd and above(a little) alpha phi

it's clear with this year's recruitment that theta and DG are falling behind, KD too. they still get good girls but are sharing the same pool of girls with that of the upper mid tier sororities. Alpha phi definitely has improved recently. I'd put them on top with kappa. Pi phi will be on a new level once their seniors leave, their saving grace right now.

if the last comment was from an Alpha Phi..Kappa had a nice year, but they have had years when they didn't make quota, pi phi had a very rough year last year,but rebounded well(although they lost a few pledges) theta got outstanding legacies and girls from all over the country(kappa get rich suburban girls..Arlington, ect)Dg is struggling but still very good, KD is losing their steam and are okay. What eveeryone fails to realize is that mid tier houses get some fantastic girls!! No one house has that much over any other group. Girls pledge where their friends are.
