These rankings aren't by PNMs, and they aren't saying "Choose my house!" I agree that seeing rankings can create a bias for PNMs, but if they're curious to know in the first place then they're going to find out on their own regardless, which is an annoying argument but is the truth. I completely agree about the importance of choosing a house where you feel the most comfortable and with whose women you identify most, but the great thing about our recruitment process is that girls receive bids from the houses that want to share the same experiences, and mutual selection nearly always works out. Yes, there are definitely some girls that go into recruitment with a set expectation for what house they want and are disappointed or drop when they don't get that house, but that works out too because no house wants a new member who will resent her bid as soon as she receives it. And you can certainly respond with great stories about how you didn't get the bid you wanted and almost dropped but stuck with it and now you can't see yourself anywhere else-- but all that proves is that the system works (and proves my point) and that you found your home after all. So in conclusion to my rant, I see no issue with posting our opinions of rankings-- don't we want to recruit women who can think for themselves anyway?
With all that said, how I'd rank them--
KKG
DG
APhi
PiPhi
KD/Theta --tied for bottom of the tier
XO
DDD
AXiD
AGD
AXO
DZ
AOPi
AEPhi

In order and the serparations matter: (granted all this will change a ton in less than a month once they go through recruitment)
Top Tier:
KKG
Pi Phi (could drop to tied with theta if they screw up their recruitment like they did last year, but i genuinely think they will be more careful and put their pretty faces out there to recruit)
DG (going to fall hard unaffortunately, bc even if the rumors arent true, too many PNMs have heard them and wont go there. their loss though bc the DGs are sweethearts once you know them)
A Phi
Middle:
Theta (could deffinately move up to tied with APhi if they take a good class)
KD/Tri Delta (they wouldnt be tried if KD didnt keep messing up)
Chi O
AGD/AXiD (exactly the same situation, just different types of girls)
AXO (working decently hard on being the top of the bottom tier)
Bottom:
DZ (could move up)
AOPi
AEPhi

I agree with haaaaa. Basically there is a top 6, each house has a different personality. Quite a few people would say that 2 of the ones that are supposedly top 3 in honesty's list are not considered to be that. That being said, the top 6 just rearrange position each year, some go up a position or two, some drop a position or two, but rarely out of the group.
The middle tier sororities are also surprisingly strong (as compared to other campuses), definitely worth considering, as some of them are quite social, are very involved, and have good sisterhoods.
IF you are a PNM, look for the best fit for for you. Recruitment here is more competitive than most realize. This isn't the type of school where you will be considered a loser if you dont't get into a few certain sororities.

Absolutely--a very well-respected sorority on campus, highest of the middle-tier and moving up. Cute, involved, and sisterly, i'd say go for it.
