That's almost exactly how I'd rank them too! Just a couple changes in my opinion:

I think there's a growing difference between the top three and bottom three 'top houses"

Pi Phi (falling, but I think they'll get a better pc this year)

Then a decently big drop (but still top tier) to:

Mid:
Chi O (under appreciated in my opinion)

AXO (might be headed to the top of the next tier down)

If you're choosing which sorority you want to join based off what is "top tier," then you shouldn't be joining Greeklife. Choose it based upon which girls you like and your experience will be much better. You're not in high school anymore, this isn't a popularity contest. Choose the girls you want to be friends with forever, not the girls who will get you in with the popular frats.
