As someone who just went through recruitment, there was an extremely obvious top 4: Theta, Kappa, DG & APhi. It's very strange to me that KD is considered "top tier" because they made little to no impression on almost everyone. A lot of girls were also disappointed as they heard great things about Pi Phi, but were bored by them through recruitment. Honestly though there is no top tier. Different girls are attracted to different chapters and OSU has an awesome top 6: Theta, Kappa, DG, APhi, KD & Pi Phi.
