Pi Phi has NOT always made quota. Four years ago, they only matched 12 or 13 when quota was 25. They ended up doing COB to get up to about 20.

People need to stop using the names of specific girls on this site it is just completely nasty and rude. Especially using the names of freshman to bash a chapters pledge class. It is so immature and catty I think it is pathetic.
