Don't be stupid. They're going to "mutually select" a chapter. A lot of them will love their experience, and a lot of them will join lower tier sororities and be content with going to chapter and then getting involved outside of their chapter.

Everyone has Greek Week, Homecoming, etc. so everyone gets to have some fun.
