Keep in mind, these are by tiers. The way they are ordered within the tiers implies nothing. If you pay attention, it is done by alphabetical order for their full names.

Sororities-
Tier 1: Theta, KD, KKG
Tier 2: Alpha Phi, DG, Pi Phi
Tier 3: AGD, Chi O, DDD
Tier 4: AOPi, AXO, AXiD
Tier 5: AEPhi, DZ

Frats:
Tier 1: Sigma Chi, TKE
Tier 2: Phi Psi, Sammy
Tier 3: ATO, Beta, Kappa Sig
Tier 4: AEPi, Delts, Phi Delt
Tier 5: Pike, SigEp
Tier 6: FIJI, Sigma Pi

I ranked Phi Psi and Sammy in tier 2 because they are in trouble and that sets them back. So pretty much if you are in Tier 4 or below for a sorority, you are socially irrelevant, and if you are in Tier 5 or below for a frat, you are socially irrelevant.

I agree 100% as far as the sororities are concerned. I dont know enough guys in enough frats to do more than guess at those rankings though.

My evaluation of your tiers

Sororities-
Tier 1: Nailed it, though I feel like some would put Pi Phi there, but this seems pretty consensus.
Tier 2: Seems pretty consensus
Tier 3: Some would argue AGD doesn't belong there, but I think they do. Maybe a couple years ago they didn't but they definitely firmly belong there now
Tier 4: Some would say AOPi shouldn't be there and be in Tier 5, but I think they deserve to sneak in here. A lot of good momentum for them recently.
Tier 5: Seems fine, but who really cares.

Frats:
Tier 1: EX and TKE definitely belong, but many would argue your Tier 2 frats should be there also. I agree with you. See what direction PKP and Sammy head in after probation and then we can talk about Tier 1.
Tier 2: Read above.
Tier 3: ATO and Kappa Sig are locks. Beta is falling fast though. Living on old legacy.
Tier 4: Like all three of them. All moving up in the social scene and doing things with top tier sororities.
Tier 5: Sure. Who cares.
Tier 6. Read Tier 5.

yeah why do people give AGD such a hard time? they've improved so much over the past few years. same with axo. i'd say they're close to tier 3 too.
