I think there are 4 tiers and the order is:

pi phi/kd/theta/dg(barely)
kappa/aphi/ddd/chio
agd/axo/axid
aephi/aopi/dz

i think theta's house helps them stay "top tier." and the same fraternities are still on top, even when they're in trouble.

top frats with phi psi gone are still Sammy, TKE, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, and Beta (for those who are friends with them, Beta is a smaller chapter with cool, crazy guys)

ATO, Delt, SigEp, FIJI, and AEPi all get honorable mentions

I actually agree with "..."'I would rather hang out with a group of AOPis than DZ or AEPhi any day, at least they're nice normal girls. AEPhi is just annoying and DZ tries way too hard. Maybe they're not quite AXO/AxiD but should be higher than DZ/AEPhi.

1) Kappa cannot be top, they didnt even make quota
2) DDD has a ways to go before they're really on A Phi's level
3) AEPhi was the only other house to not make quota, so its hard for me to see them anywhere but last right now.
