The Onion uses satire for humor.It is not real. View it again. If you honestly think it is real, then you are extremely dense. Or wanting to believe the stereotype. Why did they pick OSU? Who knows. One of their humorists must have some connection here. Or is an evil UMichigander hoping to make OSU/Greeks look bad. I smell conspiracy. Big conspiracy.

yeah, so anyone who doesnt know the onion is satire is an idiot and probably shouldnt be greek, or even enrolled at this university. You probably only got into a sorority here because your piece-of-cake major pads your gpa and makes it look like you're not as big of a airhead as you obviously are, read a newspaper once in a while and dont make the rest of us look so dumb

The Onion is NOT satire. It is a news channel based in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This might help to explain why their presentation is a bit "off the norm" and seems to come across as humorous. Once again, my thoughts and prayers go out to this young lady's family. I hope for her safe return, which cannot come soon enough.

Wikipedia is not a credible source. Have you ever had a professor that has allowed you to cite Wikipedia as a credible source... nope. The article on Wikipedia regarding The Onion was submitted and artfully edited by their competitors in order to discredit their reporting, and therefore reinforce the fact that the competing news sources were, in fact, much more reliable.
