I don't know. This is so confusing. I thought that PHA was calling with bids and I know that a few of my friends got calls yesterday afternoon and they had like 24 hours to decide if they wanted to take any bids offered to them. They are supposed to e-mail someone by like 1 today and then based on what spots were still left over, a second round of bids would go out. I didn't think that any houses were giving out bids directly themselves or that bids were coming via e-mail and that everything was going through PHA. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe it is one of those houes that seem to offer everyone bids and so they decided to just e-mail everyone and offer them a bid, but again, I am just guessing. I heard a LOT of girls didn't get bids.

I agree that this is confusing. PHA should use it's Facebook site or some other better method of communicating. Instead, PNMs come to this awful greek rank site to try to learn what is going on.

this is super confusing, even from an active standpoint. I would HATE to be a PNM having to deal with what seems like a disorganized bidding mess.
