What I was told is that a house can take up to 100. So, if they have 90 actives right now, they can take 10 and then during winter rush, they can take an additional 25, even if that puts them over 100.

I think all houses are under 100 because of graduation last spring. So every house will have a different maximum number of girls they can take before they hit 100. They don't have to take that number, they can take less if they decide to. Formal rush has a quota, usually around mid twenties.

agree 100% with you.

There are subtle differences between the chapters in each group but all in all they've got very similar feels and if you do a survey of who prefs where, GENERALLY a girl will pref at at least 2 of the 3 in that same group.
