She did not put DDD and Chi O before APhi and DG per se, she simply put them in the same tier. That's the point of tiers, it eliminates exact ranking of one being better then the other and clusters them together as a group. I don't think her putting those two in front of Alpha Phi and DG means anything, it's just the order he/she chose to type them in.

of our whole school. anyone who isn't greek thinks of us all as the same thing anyway..trust me. so bring each other up because one sorority/fraternity's rep really just = everyone's rep
