why is it the weirdest one at osu but one of the best ones at other schools?

Because the OSU Chapter is a nothing more than a bunch of try-hards. They are not like their other more successsful chapters.

Every chapter on every campus is different. If you go to Denison or OWU, Kappa is the bottom chapter. And so on.

My friend got into that one and she acts like she is so much better now. I don't know how to tell her it is the lowest of the low
