opinions on kappa sigma?

What do people really think about Kap Sig? I'm rushing in the fall and this site makes it sound like they're top house, but the girls in the "big 5" sororities that I know laughed when I asked them that. I think they have a cool house, but no one Ive talked to in person says they are as cool as it sounds on here

I'm a sophomore in a top tier and I really do like the guys I've met in kappa sig who are in my grade, but they have really weird/creepy seniors...I know they hang out with KD a lot too which isn't helping their case. I think they're slowly rising to top tier but not quite there yet

theyre a good house. theyre right on the edge. Last couple classes have been very solid. They still dont throw the best parties and still are a little awk with interacting with girls but theyre getting there.

Two things you should note:
Kappa sigs are all over this site

Real life people are way more trustable than random people on the Internet. Every comment on here could be me for all you know.
