Used to be the strongest house on house. They will start out as bottom tier just like everyone else and will need to prove themselves worthy of the top house spot. that alone can take a few years.

Plus, Beta's house will be amazing when the renovations are done.

theyll find their way to the middle very fast and then we will see how long til the top. They will have the largest active fraternity house on campus and their nationals are putting a lot of money into renovations and revamping the chapter

Maybe you are right. Maybe the current freshman don't realize that dous chebag Phi Psis were nearly kicked off a few years ago for having strippers at a party. People forget when they want to.

The big plus for them is that they were a top house for decades (ask your parents who were in Greek life at OSU back in the day). They have alumni with money. They are part of a very strong national fraternity. They will have legacies. Question is, will they become the next fiji (top house for a long time before they were kicked off, and the new fiji is nothing like the old fiji), delt (top house before they were kicked off and are top of the middle tier pile but not what they were in their heyday) or will they be able to rise to their former glory? Time will tell.

Their alumni will get them back up to the top

beta might become a top tier house in about 10 years. not before that, that's for sure.

They got a good class, but they won't be moving into their house for at least a year, and will have nationals running the show, so for now it will be small and not fun, but very well could quickly ride back to the top
