when do houses announce that they are doing informal? and how do you find out?

Can everyone chill with the informal/COB?? Every house except one or two made quota this recruitment. If anyone DOES do cob/informal it will likely be limited to friends of actives. You're better off waiting til formal next year. Sorry.

Even if houses made quota, some may have huge graduating classes. And due to the massive number of girls who rushed this year, 40% ended up without bids. A lot of them are still interested in pledging, and just want some info. Be nice.

NOBODY will know if they need to do informal until September and anyone that tells you they will, is lying. PHA won't set total until then so there is no way to know yet.
