i heard they would've already done them on bid if some girls were already released from the process before or after pref round

both gave out snap bids because they didnt do very well in recruitment this year, but that process is over now. If you are still looking for a bid, wait a week of so and they will reset total and some chapters will be able to COB.

The only reason Chi O is doing a couple COB is because they had lots of girls graduate in december, i heard they did really well in recruitment so that is definitely not the reason
