Since so many girls went through this year, is it even likely there will be informal in the fall?

Not necessarily. No Chapter "wants" to do informal. PHA Will determine in September what chapter total is for fall and and a chapter that's not app total will recruit.
Who knows ... Maybe PHA will get smart and open up for another colonization in January 2016 instead of making the current chapters larger. Some of the chapters right now will be at 190, which is too large for our houses.
