Tiers don't matter for men. The guys I know in these "top" houses didn't do it for the tier, they did it for the guys. If you're joining a fraternity just so the chapter will get the girls for you, you probably wouldn't get a bid anyway.

well if youre in phi psi, kappa sig, sig chi, tke, and maybe delt you'll have a much better time than the others.
